Our Commitment to Community Support

What We Do

 Who We Are

New Leaf Peer Support LLC is a peer-led housing stabilization organization that supports youth aging out of foster care and adults navigating homelessness, reentry, and major life transitions.

We work alongside community partners to provide safe, structured housing options and non-clinical peer support that help individuals stabilize, rebuild independence, and transition into long-term housing.

Our programs are designed to bridge the gap between crisis response and permanent housing by offering short-term stabilization, supportive housing, and peer-led guidance during critical transition periods.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide housing stabilization and peer-led support services that help individuals move from instability toward long-term housing and independence.

Through partnerships with community organizations, we focus on providing safe placements, practical guidance, and consistent support during the moments when stable housing and structured support are most needed.

Who We Serve

New Leaf Peer Support primarily supports:

Youth aging out of foster care (ages 18–24)

Young adults experiencing housing instability or homelessness

Individuals navigating reentry after incarceration

Adults in need of short-term housing stabilization while transitioning to permanent housing

Many of the individuals we serve do not require clinical treatment. Instead, they need safe housing, structured support, and a clear pathway toward stability.

Our Approach

New Leaf Peer Support operates using a peer-led stabilization model that combines housing access with non-clinical support.
