We are actively building a peer-led workforce that reflects the communities we serve. Our Peer Support Coaches use lived experience to support young people with empathy, structure, and real-world guidance.

Peer Support Coach Roles

Peer Support Coaches provide non-clinical, peer-led support to youth and young adults. This role focuses on relationship-building, accountability, and skill development — not therapy or treatment.

This position:

Starts part-time with planned transition to full-time

Includes remote training during program launch

Transitions to facility and community-based work as operations expand

May include flexible scheduling

Responsibilities May Include

One-on-one peer support and check-ins

Supporting life skills and independent living goals

Assisting with resource navigation

Encouraging consistency, accountability, and growth

Maintaining appropriate documentation and boundaries

What We Look For

Lived experience relevant to peer support (foster care, housing instability, reentry, recovery, or major life transitions)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to maintain non-clinical peer boundaries

Willingness to complete background checks and required training

Peer Support Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
