Who We Are

Real Support. Real Structure. Real Progress.

At New Leaf, treatment is about more than attending appointments. It’s about helping you create lasting changes in your everyday life.

Our counseling and IOP services combine professional treatment, practical tools, encouragement, and accountability.

Together, we’ll help you identify what’s holding you back, build on your strengths, and create a realistic plan for moving forward—one step at a time.

WHO WE SERVE

Is New Leaf Right for You?

New Leaf supports adults who are:

  • Struggling with mental-health concerns
  • Working through substance use or recovery
  • Transitioning from detox or residential treatment
  • Returning to the community after incarceration
  • Leaving a hospital or crisis-care setting
  • Experiencing homelessness or unstable housing
  • Facing a major life transition
  • Ready for more structure, support, and accountability

You do not have to need housing to receive counseling or IOP services. Every person’s treatment plan is based on their individual needs

Housing Stabilization Support

Current counseling and IOP clients experiencing housing instability may request a separate screening for additional housing support.

Counseling That Meets You Where You Are

Our individual and group counseling services can help you strengthen coping skills, manage difficult emotions, improve relationships, support recovery, and work toward personal treatment goals.

More Structure When You Need It

Our Intensive Outpatient Program provides a higher level of support than traditional weekly counseling while allowing participants to continue living in the community.

IOP may include structured groups, individual counseling, clinical assessments, treatment planning, and regular progress reviews.

Participation is based on a clinical assessment and medical necessity.

 Need Help Getting Stable?

Housing support may be available as an additional service for eligible counseling and IOP clients experiencing homelessness or housing instability.

Approved participants may receive temporary hotel placement while completing required steps related to treatment, income, savings, and independent-living preparation.

Housing is limited, participation-based, separately approved, and supported through private sponsorship—not Medicaid.
